WP Auto Builder provides a software-as-a-service platform for automating the creation, configuration, and management of multiple WordPress websites. This includes server provisioning, WordPress installation, AI-powered content generation, DNS management integration, and other related features.
Access to the WP Auto Builder Service requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) as specified at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE A SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT IS MADE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND FOR ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU USED THE SERVICE OR CANCELLED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION MID-TERM. THIS NO-REFUND POLICY IS STRICT AND APPLIES TO ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENT METHODS. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS NO-REFUND POLICY.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If paying via Stripe, please contact us directly to request cancellation. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your billing period. As stated in our No Refunds Policy, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription term.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or generated for user websites), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WP Auto Builder and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both our country and foreign countries.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WP Auto Builder makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, WP Auto Builder does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall WP Auto Builder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WP Auto Builder and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service or generated via the Service on your websites.
